The XXL size was way too small compared to normal XXL shirts. I am trying to initiate a return but have not received a response from the merchant for a week now. I will edit this review accordingly if I am able to return this item.

Ordered 3 of these toiletry bags and received only 1 of them a month later. Absolutely no communication from seller during that time nor when trying to find out about the other 2 bags. Don't buy from this seller! This is first bad purchase I've ever had Etsy!

Overall very happy; product seems durable and high quality and it has the exact size and looks i hoped for. Color does differ from photo (a lot greener) and some inside pockets would have been nice.

Not a great experience. After purchase I noticed bag wasn't shipped. Had been well over a week after purchase so I emailed them. I inquired multiple times before getting response. Response was apologetic and said they would ship express mail that Monday. But they waited another week before ( priority, what happened to express) shipping notice in my email. However it took several more days for them to actually bring item to post office. I was thrilled when I saw it had shipped. Too bad it shipped to Puerto Rico and I live in San Francisco CA. I then emailed them twice and got no response once again. I'm a mom, and working, and I can still get an email returned even at the busiest times. Plus still help with kids homework and get dinner on the table by 6pm. Bag is nice, customer service not nice.

I really love and its wonder quality. I’m just upset that getting it required opening a case and I didn’t really get any kind of explanation as to why.
