Shipping
Postage to UK addresses are sent first class via Royal Mail either using the large letter or parcel service. Parcels are tracked to be signed for, you dispatch the customer is provided with the tracking number. International items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail service.
Postage to UK: £2.50 for the first item, 75p for each additional.
Postage Worldwide: £10 for the first item, 75p for each additional.
As of 26th February 2016 all International orders are also tracked hence the rise in postage. Should the International postage fall under the amount stated, a refund for the difference will be provided.
Gift wrapping and direct posting to a different recipient is available on request.
Parcels are typically send 1-2 days after the item is completed.
Please Note: All items are placed inside a plastic sealable bag, which is then placed into a plastic mailing envelope. This is to protect against the elements and movement whilst in transit. Should you require gift wrapping, please mention that with your oder.
