Handmade leather items, made to specification or ready to be shipped.

Barbwire & Roses is a small one woman venture who creates leather items ranging from armour to fantasy costumes and bags to bbq aprons. Other than leather, the occasional prop or casting may be found such as 'spell-books', ancient tablets or a half-face animalistic mask made of latex. The foremost passion however, is leather.

We have catered for castles, theatre, the larp-industry, reenactment market and specialised corporate requests. The main features of our items are beauty, practicality, high quality and old fashioned craftsmenship, all combined in one.

Shipping is a little difficult to figure out exactly beforehand for some of the items (especially when combining multiple items in one shipment), if it turns out at the post office that your shipment falls in a cheaper category, I will refund the extra. All packages will need to be signed for upon arrival.

Custom orders are welcome and subject to time availability and acceptance. At times there may be a long waiting list, especially for larger projects, but often a smaller one like a pair of bracers may sneak through and made in between larger orders. A down payment of at least 50% is required before work is started on your custom order. The company is a full-time investment for the owner of the shop, so any enquiries will be taken very seriously.

For those of you living in the Netherlands, pick up is still available and if you visit a similar event as we do, we would also be happy to bring your items with us so you can pick them up there and safe on postage.
