Announcement    ✿ We charge a FLAT SHIPPING fee domestically. We sell Genuine Swarovski and Czech / Preciosa supplies. This is important as there is so much misrepresentation of crystal products on Etsy today. We are the "real" deal! There are only TWO companies - Swarovski (Austria) and Preciosa (Czech Republic) with factories in Europe. No "mystery" company or factory popped up overnight to replace the product that was no longer available from Swarovski. Purchase your crystals from reliable companies that honestly disclose where and who manufactures their crystals

✿ ORDER TIME We process orders 5-7 times a week.
✿ CARE Liquids, heat, chemicals, hair & and cleaning products will damage crystal beads and components of jewelry created with our products. Store items separately to minimize scratches. Natural pearls should only be cleaned with warm water and stored in a bag that allows them to "breathe". ❀ BRASS METALS - Many of our Jewelry items are crafted specifically for our shop of raw brass or a raw brass base that has been plated or antiqued. ❀ Brass that has not been plated can vary in color as a result of the process of being made, the items you receive may not be shiny brass purposefully to add to their vintage look. You can clean it with a brass cleaner or naturally with soapy water. ❀ All of our metal is lead and nickel-free!
✿ SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: All packages are sent with delivery confirmation and tracking. Packages can be delayed due to postal service in all countries, including the USA. The current shipping and processing time may be incorrect on Etsy. The United States Postal Service may not scan for accurate tracking. Please order UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS like Priority or Priority Express or other expedited options for faster delivery. Orders with many lucite bead purchases or heavy items may owe additional shipping, especially if this is an international order. We do not ship to Germany due to Lucent requirements.
✿ SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please verify the address associated with your Etsy or Paypal account is correct. This is required under Etsy Buyer Protection and Fraud Protection. If it is a gift, you can change the address in your account.
✿ LOST - DAMAGED - PROTECTION
*The Etsy Protection Plan covers lost packages, but not damaged packages for up to 250 domestically.
*USPS domestically covers lost and damaged packages up to $100 unless you purchase additional insurance to cover your purchase. USPS considers domestic packages not delivered over 20 days, domestically and 45 days internationally as lost.
*If your uninsured package is lost and exceeds the amounts covered by the Etsy Protection Plan ($250) or the USPS ($100 domestic orders), contact the USPS for assistance.
*Please do not leave us less than a 5-star review if you did not purchase insurance to cover postal mishaps not covered by Etsy or the USPS.
✿ DESCRIPTIONS: Please read the additional information on the listing along with measurements, color, make, and age. Many of our items are made with vintage components. Metal can be patina and crystal may contain minute scratches. This can add to their charm and value. All measurements are approximate.

Please do not penalize us with less than a 5-star review for late items due to the USPS or postal service, furnishing an incorrect address, or not reading the descriptions or measurements. We are here to answer any of your questions.
✿ EU ORDERS -VAT - OTHER TAXES - CANCELATION RETURNS: You are responsible for VAT and your country's laws or taxes to purchase items online. If you return an item, the shipping is the Buyer's responsibility. Etsy does not collect VAT for the total cost of purchases and for orders over 150 dollars in most European countries. This amount can change. We will not accept returned packages or give any refund if the purchaser refuses to pick up the order at customs.
* We comply with the EU requirement, are classified as an Individual trader, and do not accept returns or cancellations.
* If our status or law changes and we are required to accept returns for a qualified product, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items in mint, unused condition. If Items are returned in used or damaged condition, the Buyer will receive a refund deducting the damage or used costs.
* Notification must be made to us within 14 days of postal delivery in the Etsy app. The items must be mailed item within 14 days of receipt. We ask international buyers to inform us when they receive their items.
*Products, like earrings, are not returnable by US law due to hygiene reasons. *The Cancellation Fee is $2 per item. * We do not ship to Germany.
