Additional policies and FAQs
- Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air. To prevent this it’s best to keep your jewelry in an airtight container or zip top plastic bag when not in use.
- Please remove your jewelry before showering/bathing, going in a pool, hot tub, or waterpark as the chemically treated water can tarnish or permanently damage your jewelry.
- To clean Sterling silver: use a non-abrasive silver polish and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- To clean gold fill and rose gold fill: use warm water, a mild liquid dish soap and a soft cloth to dry.
-------- Measuring Size and Length --------
- Bracelets: measure your wrist circumference and then add about a 1/2 inch or 1.5 cm to ensure the bracelet will be comfortable to wear.
- Necklaces: drap a piece of string or yarn around your neck and adjust to the desired length. Mark the end with a pen and then lay flat to measure the length with a ruler.
