1 out of 5 starsI wish I could review this item, however it never arrived. I ordered it on 2/3/14 as a birthday present for my nephew (whose birthday is 2/24) thinking 3 weeks was enough time as the website advertises that items ship in 2-5 days. This is clearly false. Buyer Beware!

1 out of 5 starsMy worst memory of online shopping... I ordered 2 sets of handmade appliques on June 2nd. I sent a first email on June 24th very politely just to check the status of my order, and the seller pretended she had sent the appliques and that it was taking time because she lives in Ireland (I live in France). In fact it had not been shipped : the seller then told me that for healthy reasons her shop was closed until mid-July and that she would ship the appliques in July. Of course I completely understood that, and waited patiently. I e-mailed her at the end of July and she finally confirmed me the shipping. I never had any problems with sellers before so I thought there was no big deal. But my items never came and she would not answer my emails. Of course she took advantage or me being so patient, to string me along right past the deadline to open up a claim on Etsy... That woman is not only a liar, she also stole me 15€, because of course I NEVER received a refund... This is the first time this happens to me, I have never left such a negative feedback but I think it might be useful for future customers. If you're lucky, she'll maybe send you your item, but I would not recommend buying anything on BebeBoulevard. Don't trust that woman, she is not honest. Etsy should just definitely remove that seller.

5 out of 5 starsI order 3 personalized name books from Valery. They look absolutely AWESOME. I can see these books are made with lots of love and care. I am surprised to receive little gifts which match the colour of the felt books! My friends love them a lot and can't thank enough of me (and Valery!) Nevertheless, do allow sufficient lead time from production to shipping. Absolutely appreciate the hard work from Valery.
