BettyJane's Treasures

My shop is a collection of handmade creations, made from vintage, upcycled, and one-of-a-kind found objects. I love the character of a well-worn object, and use old linens, frayed quilts, stray buttons, castoff clothing, books, and antique cards and books to create practical yet beautiful items.

I use upcycled and vintage fabric and buttons to create a variety of sewn items; these include handbags, softies, accessories, ornaments, pincushions, and jewelry. My vintage inspired paper ephemera (banners, garlands, cards) feature found paper items as well as original designs.

I also enjoy searching for vintage objects that will bring joy to other people.
