I've always loved cooking, but when I discovered cooking over real smoke & live fire I was hooked. The mouth-watering results that you can get with such a simple process just blows my mind.

This naturally led me to experimenting with spices and how they interact with each other and the meat.

Now, my wife is one with the marketing drive, so y'all can thank her that you get to experience the flavors I've created and love. I mean she's also a great cook, and gets credit for a couple of the rubs, including the fish rub that got passed down to her from her grandma.

We make everything in small batches to ensure you get fresh rubs. We don't put in any preservatives, anti clumping agents, or fake colorings, we don't want to eat those so we figure you don't either. The great thing with spices though is although the recommended shelf life is two years, they never really go bad they just get less potent. So you might find yourself shaking in a little bit more than before.
