The item was shipped out within 24 hours of purchase, first class with a tracking number, unfortunately delivery was delayed by USPS. There was communication regarding delay via private message with buyer, and USPS was contacted regarding delay. Buyer was offered a refund if she wanted to return item due to delay, item was not returned.
