I ship from Canada using Canada Post and shipping rates do not include any duties, taxes or entry fees that may be charged at your destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
I provide tracking with most orders and I verify that each order has been delivered. If you are concerned that your package has been lost or stolen, I'm happy to assist you with filing a claim with the postal service but be sure to contact your postal carrier, postal clerk and/or postal station to inquire first using the tracking number provided with your shipping notification.
