Please note that, for any orders shipping to the UK and EU, an invoice is enclosed on the parcel for customs purposes, in order to make processing easier and faster.

Sizing details
Please note that we include our size chart in each listing (last two images). When completing your order, we sew underwear according to this size chart.
We would always recommend sending us your personal measurements in a 'note to seller' at the checkout, even if you see your size in the dropdown menu. This will be helpful for picking the right item for your body shape.

Care instructions
Please love your lingerie, and follow these care instructions:
- Delicate or hand wash in warm water (no higher than 104 °F or 40 °C)
- Use soap or mild washing detergent
- Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately (if your item consists of contrast colors fabric, lace or trim, we highly recommend to wash it by hand in cold water and avoid long soaking)
- Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
- Avoid bleach, drying machine and iron
Returns
We don't make returns of lingerie.
We respect our customers, and thus eliminate the possibility of someone buying underwear that has been in touch with someone else’s private parts.
If you don't like the concept of final purchase or non-returnable item, we recommend buying lingerie in places where you can try it on.
