I have three wonderful children, who I wouldn't trade the world for. I tried baby wearing with my first two, but with no real direction or support, it never stuck. With my third child I was in a very strong baby wearing community. We lived in Germany, a place that is no way stroller friendly. I wore her everywhere we went, on airplanes, trucking through the black forest, and exploring castles. Baby wearing allowed us to travel so light weight, and allowed my hands to be free. It also allowed me to soothe her during her colicky first few months, to be close to me and feel the same movements she did in the womb.

Now that we live in the United States again I wanted to badly to share my passion for baby wearing with others. I was at the fabric store buying a piece to make a sling to use for myself when the thought occurred to me; I could make these, I could share my love with other moms.

I have sewn and done all things crafty since I was a baby, my mother and grandmother taught me well and instilled a desire and love for everything done by hand. I am an experienced seamstress who puts so much love into every wrap and sling.
