Hi and welcome to my wedding paperie boutique and thank you for taking an interest in my handmade wedding stationery ! I make my items from a wide range of paper, card fabrics including vintage linen, cotton and 'rescued' items like old buttons, lace etc. I am inspired by vintage and french living, the sea, natural materials, countryside & nature .

Each individual card / tag etc.. is unique and no two item's are alike because of the handmade aspect and detail. Techniques used are painting, appliques, embroidery, stitching and printing. Very often the fabrics I use are ' one offs ' collected from the brocante markets of France.

Bespoke pieces can be made to order to include personalised names etc.

PAPER QUALITY - I aim to use recycled and bio-degradeable materials most of the time

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

DEPOSIT / PRICES
A 50% deposit will secure and start the ordering process. The sooner that you can make a deposit the better to secure you a time slot for your order. This amount goes towards your final amount which is due before full printing. After I receive the deposit, I will email you with questions regarding your stationery wording request. The price quoted on individual / bulk items in the shop is not open for bartering / reductions.

PROOFS
Proofs are sent for your approval before final payment.

SAMPLES
Sample are available . PLEASE NOTE : Materials vary based on the materials that are in stock at the time although the quality will always be of high standard

PRINTING
The final balance is due before printing begins. Once this payment has been made
you should expect your invitations to be mailed in two weeks.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Please allow 1 month for the entire process, start to finish. These times may vary depending on the size of the order. It is suggested to order your invitations 3 months prior to your wedding for orders mailed in the U.S. For international orders it is suggested that you place an order 4 months prior to your wedding.

DESIGN FEES
Custom design from scratch - you come to us with ideas for your wedding $65.00


Buyers please pay by PAYPAL ONLY ( I am UK based ).

I will combine postage for several items at a time. Contact me for details.

Shipping

SAMPLES
U.S. - Please allow 7 to 10 business days for samples.
Samples are mailed out 2 to 3 business days from the time of each order.
INTERNATIONAL - Please allow 10-20 business days for samples.

PROOFS
Please allow up to one week or the emailed proofs.

ORDERS
Please allow 2 weeks from time of final proof/ final payment is made for a complete order. Please allow more time if custom extras are being added into the order.
Proofs, printing, production, assembly and mailing time averages on one month per order.

SHIPPING PRICE FOR U.K.

All orders (except for samples or special requests)
are shipped via Recorded Delivery, with a signature needed at the time of delivery.
This ensures that your lovely hand made invitations are delivered
directly to you. I ensure that all necessary precautions to make sure
that your samples and final orders are packaged and shipped with care.

Poppys Garden is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery
has been made. Please notify me of the best possible location to have your
orders delivered to.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
Shipping for international orders can be shipped via Airsure or International signed for services.

I encourage the use of these because of the tracking system.
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to fees (depending on your countries policy. Our shipping time does not include time that can be spent in customs. Please ask if you have any questions regarding international shipping, and MOST IMPORTANT - please allow plenty of time for international shipping.

Items that go astray or are lost / damaged in the post are not my responsibility but I will do everything I can to resolve such issues.

RUSH CHARGE
A rush charge of 50% can be added to any order if you would like something
sooner than two weeks.
