Care instructions
It is recommended to wash clothing inside out with cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Air drying is also recommended. Ironing is not recommended, but if you must, you will have to use a teflon sheet over the design to ensure the iron doesn't ruin it.
The wine totes and canvas bags are HAND WASH only!
Custom and personalized orders
We love designing custom orders! Just send us a message and we will work with you to create a design before you decide to purchase.
Wrong shipping address
Shipping labels are automatically printed through Etsy, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, I am not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you correctly input the address you need your items shipped to.
Should the package be returned by the USPS, I will notify you and you can purchase a new shipping label so that I can resend your items.
Shipping Timeline
All items in the shop have different processing times. Please refer to the listing for a more accurate time frame.
All items will ship via USPS First Class Package Services with an ETA of 3-5 business days once shipped, unless you upgrade to USPS Priority Mail which has a delivery timeline of 1-3 business days once shipped.
Please message me if you need an order processed sooner than the timeline listed in the shop, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Because all of our items are personalized and made to order, I cannot accept returns. If you have any issues though with the sizing or design, then please contact me, and we will do our best to make it right.

How should I wash my apron?
The aprons are meant to be hand washed only. They will last the longest this way. If you must wash them, put them in a laundry wash bag. Set the washing machine to a gentle or delicate cycle, using cold water. Wash aprons with other delicate or similar, light colored items. Do not place the apron in the dryer, because the heat will damage the transfer. Do not iron directly over the image.
