The bow keeps its shape well, but doesn't have the annoying feel of hard plastic lining. My monitor also did not distort the colours. The envelope it arrived in was slightly damaged during shipping, but the item itself was perfectly fine. Shipping and production went really fast in my case. The given production time frame was 3-5 days: mine was done in 3 days. The shipping to the Netherlands should've taken two weeks, but it only took one week. Including customs and all that jazz. So the grand total, from production to recieving the item, should've taken three weeks: It took two weeks. I would definitely buy from this store again. This was my first purchase, and I would say Michelle left a good first impression on me.
