I've worked in the visual arts most of my life. I spent almost 10 years as a front-end/UI designer during the dot-com era. During the latter part of that period, I moved into the coding realm and worked as a software engineer creating immersive 3D simulations for the US Department of Defense for the next decade.

After (too many) years of doing that, I began to tire of getting paid for doing little, as government contractors frequently are, and feared my creative sensibilities were drying up. I reconnected with a first love: photography. While I still do some design work and write plenty of code (mobile applications, site development, interactive digital books), I quit my job last year to concentrate on earning a living doing what I love, rather than doing what I don't.

I've found Etsy to be full of other creative people and enjoy seeing what they have to offer. Likewise, I hope you enjoy my work.
