Initially was quite disappointed that the wrong color pic was sent to me, however, when I contacted them, they immediately sent out the correct item. I was asked to send the other pic back but no postage was sent to me. I did send it back at my own expense but felt that should have been the shop owners responsibility. Product exactly the way it appeared and a welcome addition to the nursery!
