We were really excited about this product as it was exactly what we had been looking for to fit in with our wedding. However the file that we downloaded was quite disappointing. We were using the required version of photo shop however some of the features did not work very well. I contacted the supplier in order to ask for assistance in which they replied asking which version of photo shop we were using and saying once they knew that then they would be able to help us. I replied straight away with the version and have subsequently not heard anything else and its been over 3 weeks. We have spent many hours working on the invites and have ended up with a really good finished product but it was down to our hard word using a very mediocre template.
