Welcome to my knitty world at Buzybee. All my patterns are my exclusive designs and are digital downloads. Patterns are available for immediate download unless payment is made by another method other than by PayPal. Other types of payment may mean that Etsy will delay sending downloads until they have checked your payment. Unfortunately "Instant download" is not always the case. I have contacted Etsy about this being misleading information but have never had a response.

Shipping
Knitting patterns are Pdf digital downloads. Custom knits will be sent via Royal Mail. An estimate of lead time and delivery will be given on receipt of a knitted order but dispatch is typically 7-10 days.
Additional policies and FAQs
Refunds will be given if custom knitted order is faulty or an exchange given but digital downloads are non refundable.
