Payment
At this stage in our business we can only accept payment via Paypal. Once we are in receipt of payment we will inform you of an estimated shipping date.
Shipping
With small items, such as cards, we will ship the next working day after we receive payment. Slippers and cushions may take up to five working days to make and then ship but for quilts please allow at least 15 working days before we can ship your item.
Please consider these time frames as an estimate, whilst we will endeavour to create your piece as quickly as possible, personalised pieces may require more time. As with all our personalised items, we like to remain in regular contact with our customer and so will notify you immediately should the approximate shipping date need to be extended.
