Hello, Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop! I just wanted to share with you all... I had taken a break from Etsy (over 4 years) to focus on our growing family. I have 4 beautiful kiddos that keep me pretty busy. I never stopped doing my craft, and I have come a long way in my jewelry making and continue to learn and grow. I’m so ready to give it my all again!! With all that said, I am working on new pictures for my listings (that’s why I have so little up at the moment) I look forward to growing on Etsy again and hope you’ll continue to check in as I add new pieces! 5 out of 5 starsThe bracelet is perfect, so it gets 5 stars. The customer service, however... 3 stars at best. The item took almost a month after ordering to be delivered. Also, after some mishaps, I was promised a refund (That I didn't ask for) on shipping and a discount that never happened.
