Custom and personalized orders
I do offer custom orders if you would like a different size from what is listed. I cannot guarantee that all custom sizes would be available for shipping.
What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?
Insurance is added to all items when shipped. Proof of damage caused during shipment is required to submit a claim. If/once the claim is approved, the damaged item can be replaced.
What happens if my item is lost by USPS?
If you have not received your item, please contact USPS with the tracking number. Refunds are situational. Replacement items would need to be re-purchased since these are made-to-order.
