Hello Everyone! My name is Alyssa and I decided to take on Candy Kabobs after being active in the Party Industry. I started off taking a Wilton Cake Decorating Class in high-school. From there, I learned various techniques from a local cake shop and online tutorials. While in college, I decided to take on cookie decorating. I mainly taught myself to decorate cookies, though it did take quite some practice. With the help of social media, family and friends started to request cakes and cookies. I, excitingly, complied. Now in my fourth year at Fresno State, I officially call myself a "Cake and Cookie Decorator." Though I am only twenty-one years old and have absolutely no children, I thrive on children's parties. I am obsessed with Pinterest and Etsy! I have two younger siblings, and two younger cousins whom I coordinate birthday parties for. So many party themes, yet so little time! Candy Kabobs came to mind after creating various party favors, working with various types of candy, and with inspiration from Pinterest of course. After experiencing with Candy Kabobs, I decided to open an Etsy shop featuring them. I am still in college majoring in Business, so I wanted to gain some more insight in the Party Industry before I graduate. I look forward to contributing to your creative parties!
