Do you offer refunds?
Physical Items:
Refunds are typically extended to customers in cases of wrong or damaged items. If either of these situations applies to your order, please contact us with photographs of the wrong or damaged items, and we will promptly address the issue.
Digital Patterns:
Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges on Etsy because of the nature of these items.
I have received a wrong or damaged item, what should I do?
We're truly sorry to hear that the product you received was a damaged or wrong product. To get this sorted out quickly and efficiently, please reach out to us within a week from the time you received your order. Please send photos of the damaged item, and don't forget to include your order number and any other information related to your order. We're committed to finding a solution and will do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your tracking or shipment, please feel free to reach out to us via message. We're here to assist you!
What does "made to order" mean?
Our products (excluding digital patterns) are all custom-made just for you! This means they're not printed until your order is placed. After you've placed your order, the physical item goes into production, gets printed, and then it's shipped directly to your door.
