Returns & exchanges

Payment

Payments are made through PayPal using a debit or credit card.
*You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your card!*

If payment is not received within 3 days of the order request and I do not receive communication from the buyer, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

However, if you need to defer your payment for longer than 3 days, please contact me me and I can hold the item for you. If you need to cancel a transaction for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible and I can do that for you (provided you let me know before I ship the item).

Shipping

Shipping costs of individual items can be found on item pages. Orders will be sent out within 4 business days of receipt of payment.

All international customers are responsible for their own customs fees and I will be marking your shipment honestly.

If you must receive an item by a specific deadline or are interested in adding Delivery Confirmation, please let me know at check-out and I will be happy to make shipping accommodations and will send an invoice to you via PayPal for the additional charges.

All of my cards are individually wrapped in fully biodegradable clear bags and all card packs are tied with string or twine.

Additional policies and FAQs

I am happy to work with you if you have an idea for a custom order. I do ask for full payment up front and will not offer refunds in these cases as a custom order is created specifically for the buyer.
