1 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom decal and seller did not make it as described in the invoice. Instead of offering to replace the item at no cost she offered for me to cut them myself and and reposition them or charge me $8.00 for another one. This was a mistake on her part and she was not willing to make it right. Esty stepped in and resolved the issue to my benefit. I would not recommend this seller.

There was no MISTAKE!!! Item was made EXACTLY as buyer requested !! she apparently was not clear on what she really wanted, Yes etsy did step in and Etsy did refund her but they did NOT side with her,,,,,, They made the refund from their funds !!!!!!!!!! in her original response she did comment she did like the item quality ,,,,,,,,,, I feel this is an inappropriate review , !!!!!
