Flamingo Incognitos are always handmade (by me) with an up-cycled, pink, plastic flamingo body and post-consumer and recycled materials. And I try to use water resistant, very low VOC spray paints and eco-friendly glues. I also have to do this painting outside so I can preserve what brain cells I have left. This means having dry days outside to work, I live across the sound from Seattle in the Pacific NorthWet.

A NEW WAY TO BUY FLAMINGO INCOGNITOS:
My Flamingo Incognitos sales were done with "made-when-ordered". I love creating these Flamingo Incognitos and would love to open the shop for all those interested in "made-to orders" right now, however, my new plan is to make my Flamingo Incognitos BEFORE I take orders, not selling them, then making them made-to-order 'mingos.

I know myself well and this plan will reduce my stress level when I get 50 orders in one day. I hope you understand. With this new plan, I can finish them the 'mingos without the pressure of a deadline or a having a prepaid order haunting me. I will have a waiting list for you so you can see their progress if you tell me what flamingo Incognito you desire. I won't have to wait for the weather and I won't feel I'm letting anyone down if I tell a customer that it's going to take longer to finish.

Now my customers will see exactly what they are getting before I sell it to them. (and they will be tagged as "reserved" when posted)

My 'mingos are never exactly the same. They all have their own personalities and their own quirks. And I will still take custom orders as prepaid so no worries if your want a one-eyed, one-horned, flying, purple people eater, Flamingo Incognito.

The 2018 Flamingo Incognito price (including domestic shipping) is $202 US.

One (1) ordinary flamingo incognito (with metal legs included) is $183. I ship 1 flamingo incognito with USPS domestic shipping for $19. Overseas shipping prices depend on where you live. I will estimate the foreign shipping for you. Foreign taxes, local fee and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility when the package arrives. (sorry, Canada, USPS now includes you in 'overseas').

Good news though; if you buy two ordinary Flamingo Incognitos, they can ship in one box for the same shipping price!

WHY I'VE BEEN GONE SO LONG
Far from being on 'vacation', our family has experienced a lot of "Life gets in the way when your are making other plans" over the last 2.5 years; Major wind and rain damage to our little cottage, two separate incidences of cancer (caught early with minimum therapy treatments), one new grandson, losing elderly parents, graduations, weddings, retirement etc. And well...those are the highlights. I'm hoping for hoping for better times and calm horizons.
