I accept payment by Paypal or credit card via Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit/debit card). Please pay immediately at the time of checkout. Visit www.PayPal.com for more information.
You can pay in your OWN CURRENCY using a credit card.
Paypal takes care of the conversion. For custom orders I require a non-refundable deposit (1/2 the amount of the total sale), to cover supplies and my time, with the remainder to be paid upon completion before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Your order will be sent packaged securely I will ship by Royal Mail the next business day and then contact you with a tracking number if applicable - see notes below.
UK: Orders with a value of up to £46 (approx. $75 USD) will be sent First class. Orders over £46 will be sent Special Delivery to be delivered by 1pm the next business day and must be signed for (at no extra cost to the buyer).
REST OF THE WORLD: Orders with a value of up to £46 (approx. $75 USD) will be sent Airmail. This does NOT include tracking. If you require tracking, insurance or a faster service please contact me BEFORE buying as it will incur an additional charge. Orders over £46 will be mailed Airsure (tracked) or International Signed For whenever possible (at no extra cost to the buyer). Everyone please note that in the event of bad weather, increased security, customs checks and busy times like the run up to Christmas, mail can occasionally take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. If you haven't received your order after 25 working days please contact me so that I can start the claims process and offer you either a refund or a replacement (please contact me sooner if you are worried).
