Do you sell charms individually?

No, charms are sold as listed.

I didn't receive my package even though it shows delivered.

All my packages ship out with tracking. When your postal agent scans your package as delivered it marks GPS coordinates. Your delivering post office can look up those coordinates and track down your package. Please contact your post office.
