Frequently asked questions
How do I leave my personalization information?
If your product requires personalization please include your text in the box labeled "Note to Seller" at checkout.
Your text will be copied and pasted to avoid any errors, so please double check your order before submitting. If the design requires all capital or lowercase letters, it will be formatted just like the design, unless requested otherwise.
Can I make a change to a design?
Of course!
For stamps : We can switch some of the font styles, and also include two last names on many of the designs.
For stationery : We can change the color, orientation (landscape-horizontal or portrait-vertical) and some font modifications.
If you'd like to request a more complicated change just send me a message with your ideas!
Do you accept custom orders?
I love working with customers to create personalized and unique, one of a kind pieces.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of custom design, all sales are final. Please be careful when ordering, and approving your final proof (if included) that everything is accurate. I cannot refund any design - digital or printed once approved by you.
We do our best to ensure colors are exactly as expected but please remember that colors can vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors and the printing process.
Shipping Information
Digital files will be sent via email to customers within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Shipped items will be sent via USPS once payment has been processed. Chelsey Emery is not responsible for items lost by USPS or chosen mailing service.
RUSH Shipping can be accommodated for additional charges.
Please be sure your Paypal address matches your Etsy address. I WILL ALWAYS SHIP TO THE ETSY ADDRESS unless you clearly indicate that you want your item shipped elsewhere. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided with payment. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the buyer.
