I have been very disappointed with Christina’s professionalism. Her Etsy shop says that a proof will be emailed within 24-48 hours. I placed my order on February 16th. I messaged Christina twice, emailed her, and finally text her and received a response on February 23rd. She said this was an oversight on her part, she thought she sent it. I requested an order to print the invitations, and paid for them on February 25th, she said they would be ready in a few days. Six days later I checked on the progress, she told me that they would ship the next day. Two days later she messaged me that they didn’t print correctly and that she would have to have have them reprinted. All in all, she was well aware of the date of our party since she put it on the invitations, but had no respect for the fact that these needed to be mailed out.

I will say that when I did receive the proof it was beautiful, and Christina did refund the price.

Still waiting on my order - will update review when it arrives. Order was apparently overlooked in the Christmas rush, so due to the very long delay Christina took care of the cost and is still sending the product. Satisfied with the outcome and customer service. Cannot wait to see the product! *Update: Order arrived and was just as advertised

Christina has been wonderful to work with! I forgot to add the time to my invitation and realized it after they were delivered. She gladly worked with me to get them corrected and reprinted! And the invitations are exactly what I was looking for!

Never received any communication or product, resolved through Etsy and received prompt refund.

I can’t really comment on the quality because I never received it. This is no fault of the seller. It was due to miscommunication on both ends. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from her again though. When we were able to communicate she was very helpful and I feel as though she would do anything to make an order right.
