Hello, and thank you for taking the time to post a review! We're glad that you're pleased with your Viking vase. Our shipping policy states that we ship within 3 days. I shipped 3 days after your purchase. Unfortunately, the shipping via USPS First Class took 4 days to get to you. I agree...this certainly seems like a long time to be in transit, and I'm very sorry that you had to wait that long. I did provide you with your tracking number so, at least, you could follow it on its way to you. I hope this explanation is helpful. We do our very best to move purchases along speedily and smoothly, but there are "bumps in the road" from time to time. With my very best wishes... Kathryn

The front cover is GORGEOUS! Of all the Grimm covers, this is absolutely the best artwork EVER!!!! The store owner was very easy to contact. She accommodated my request and even boxed the book just to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. What GREAT customer service. Thank you Kathryn. I’m absolutely THRILLED with my purchase. This old book will be cherished for many years to come.
