The venue for Classic Tableware is the Etsy Marketplace. I comply with all Etsy rules and regulations. Please refer to the Etsy Privacy Policy www.etsy.com/legal/privacy for details.
When you purchase an item from Classic Tableware, your name, email address, and shipping address are provided to my shop from Etsy on your order form. The information you provide is used to complete order transactions. I use the Etsy “convo” communication option to verify your mailing address or to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Order transactions include your shipping address to mail your package via the United States Postal Service. Your email address is to provide customer support, or to settle disputes. Classic Tableware only ships to clients in the U.S.A.
The only third-party sharing is to complete your order and mail your package via the United States Postal Service. Or, for any legal process for tax purposes or governmental requests. All personal information is retained for a minimal length of time not to exceed seven years. Buyers may opt out of retainment by requesting personal information to be deleted.
Personal information will not be transferred for any reason or cause. Every client has the right to request the deletion of their name, mailing address, and Etsy email address in concordance with Etsy’s policy. Any request to do so will be honored by Classic Tableware.
