I accept Paypal and credit/debit card payments. Payment must be received within two days after the end of sale or I have the right to cancel the sale.

I will ship your order from the UK within two working days of receiving payment. Custom orders may take longer but I will give a more accurate estimation upon discussion.

Jewellery items are wrapped carefully and posted in a box, designed to fit through a letterbox. I will notify you via email as soon as your order is shipped.

I will ship to the address provided during checkout so please make sure this is correct before payment. Additional shipping options, such as the option to upgrade, are available during the check out process. If you require a shipping service not listed, just let me know and I will provide you with a quote.

Orders within the UK will be sent by first/second class mail , as specified during the checkout process and should arrive in 2 - 3 working days.
Orders overseas will be sent by international airmail and should arrive in 7 - 10 working days. Please note, due to occasional delays at customs and delays around the Christmas period, arrival time may take up to 4 weeks.
