For handmade items I add pretty details to all my items such as handmade fabric flowers, Suffolk Puffs, ruffles, vintage buttons, delicate decals, vintage fabrics and quaint trimmings. Returns & exchanges

Payment

Paypal is my preferred payment method. Payment is due when you place your order. The sooner you pay, the sooner you will receive your lovely things.

Shipping

If you buy an item which is already finished I will post it within three days.

If you buy an item which needs to be made for you then I will start to create it as soon as your order is placed. It will be posted as soon as I can within two weeks of your payment being received.

I will tell you when your things have been posted.

Postage within the UK normally takes two or three working days.

Shipping to the US will normally take between a week to ten days.

Shipping to EU will normally take between three and seven days.

Please contact me if you would like to add insurance or a special delivery service to your order.

If you are ordering an item which needs to be made for you please state the size you would like when you order.

All fabrics are sourced for their high quality but I recommend you wash all clothing items on a cool wash to protect colour and delicate details,and iron inside out.

I make sure buttons are well sewn on but please take care with small children.
