1 out of 5 starsBe careful when ordering from this seller. What is NOT noted in her item description is that she will add "S" to the end of particular last names. (Not every name) just ones she sees fit. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can cut off the name portion of the burlap and find a small frame so I don't have to throw the entire product away. I am a 36 year old widow who has just purchased a home and had plans for seeing this on my mantel. However seeing my last name as plural when I am singular is a hurtful reminder. Don't waste your money.

This order was carefully produced to the customer’s exact specifications. Five (5) days after delivery, the customer had complaints for wording she did not request (“The (Last Name) Family”). We contacted the customer numerous times to remedy the situation, to be met only with refusal and ridicule. Our customers’ business is truly appreciated and each order is personalized with care.
