Excellent painting. Great quality!

The painting was great--it looked even better in person than in the picture. Tim offered to frame and mat the picture which was extremely convenient for me as this was a birthday gift for my wife. Shipping was reasonably fast and there was very good communication from the seller.

Tim is one of the most responsive and customer service oriented people you will ever deal with in any business. When you deal on Etsy, you deal with the unknown, reviews or not. You also meet wonderful people like Tim. He is new to Etsy, but he's definitely been an artist all his life. nI bought his beautiful drawing and he packed it well, but obviously there is someone at the USPS that is not an art lover, so it was a little bent. nI immediately contacted Tim and had no problem whatsoever. He offered to refund my money or repaint the drawing upon receiving the painting back. Of course I chose the repaint. nNot only did he redraw and paint it, the watercolor was even nicer than the original. But what came next blew me away. nWithout even telling me, he paid a fortune to frame and mat the picture at no extra charge. Then he either bought a box or had it professionaly packed - again out of his own pocket. I have never had such wonderful service on Etsy. He did this to ensure that the item would arrive in perfect condition and of course it did. nSince it is obvious that Tim cannot survive with spending as much or more than he was paid, I will send him more in compensation. What's fair is fair. He should charge more because the customer receives more. Thanks Tim, the check is in the mail!
