⦿ PAPER print A5-A4-A3 size printed on non textured Acid free High Quality thick mat paper. A5 and A4 size comes in FLAT HARD BACK ENVELOPE inside of protective sleeves and cardboard. A3 size comes in POSTAL TUBE.
⦿ CANVAS print gets printed on HIGH quality CANVAS MATERIAL comes in POSTAL TUBE and you can take it to canvas frame shop to get it wrapped around canvas frame. We leave extra sides for stretching on canvas.
⦿ VELVET print option is gets printed on white thin velvet soft poly paper type. it is easy to handle.
VELVET poly type paper gives brilliant look with our images. Gets POSTED IN POSTAL TUBE.

We like to see all our customers happy with their purchase and we want 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
However we do not expect everyone to like our products.
If we authorize your return there is certain things you need to be aware
We make each prints to order we do not stock products or re-sell any return orders. There is a high cost to produce each orders because we use highest quality products to produce and use high quality safest postage materials.
You need to contact us within 3 days of you receiving your order and if we authorise for return it needs to be send back within 7 days if pass these dates we will not issue refund.
⦿ RETURN FEES
If we authorise for return please be aware there will be deduction before we issue refund because cost of staff label and material has been increased and we do print all artwork after you place an order and we do not stock or resell them.
Domestic UK orders if you purchased with standard free post
there will be DEDUCTION OF £4.90 for 5x7 - a5 - a4 size PRINTS
International orders for 5x7 - a5- a4 will be different deduction fee for each country it depends where you order it from.

THERE WILL BE 50% DEDUCTION BEFORE WE REFUND YOUR MONEY.

PROCESSION TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. But we usually dispatch same day if before 2pm UK time. Unless we on holiday, dispatch day can be change but you will get notified by email for new dispatch day.
