Terrible shop. Very cute skirts in photos, but I don’t know what they are like because the shop owner never shipped my order. I had even paid extra for rush shipping, with a target delivery date of 3/30. I sent multiple messages asking when it would ship explaining even if I could get it a week later than it should be delivered I could deal with that, even reached out via her Facebook page, and got nothing. Finally went through and did the “help with my order” and got an auto response “We are on a break” looking at other recent reviews looks like she left many others high and dry too. I wouldn’t order from this shop even if she offered me a discount in the future. I’m still waiting for a resolution from Etsy to get my money back!

she basically took my money and disappeared. Her policy states to give her 1 to 5 days for the order to get to the mail. I was trying to be extra safe and ordered 03/11 I still have not recieved my order and she has not responded to me for over a week.

Not sure what happened here. Seller was nice to initially reply then fell off face of earth. Never received skirt. No feedback on status or anything. I wouldn't recommend working with this seller.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! I ordered a skirt March 13th, it never shipped, I messaged the owner March 24th for an update, no response. I asked for a refund 2 days ago, still no response. Such a waste of time and money, now I'm scrambling for my daughter's 1st birthday outfit.

Didn’t receive item. Over a month and a half passed, I reached out twice, but no response. Had to get Etsy involved to get a refund. I hate giving poor reviews; I usually just opt not to review.. but I think people should be aware that this seller doesn’t respond at all.

The skirt is precious!

I ordered this skirt for my daughters baptism and unfortunately I didn’t receive it. After sending the seller a message after my expected delivery date she responded that it would be in the mail the next day. Well 6 days after the expected delivery date and still no skirt. After a few messages the seller finally gave me a refund which I was thankful for. However really disappointed I never got my skirt and the lack of communication and honesty from the seller.
