Contours Albion cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur which have been explained in our policies below.

If payment is not received within 48 hours of the order, the sale will be voided.

If you have any problems with checkout or payment, let us know and we will do our best to help you out. If you need to cancel your order please let us know before the order is shipped. You will need to cover the shipping costs (+ return) if it has already been posted.

Opening a buying account with Etsy is very quick and simple, then all you have to do is add items to your shopping basket and pay securely with a debit or credit card.

All prices are subject to change.

We will post your order within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. All items are dispatched by us directly from England. Delivery / Shipping is through UK Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery will be to your ETSY address as entered at checkout. If you would like us to post to a different address please contact us as soon as possible or let us know in 'note to seller' if you would like your item sent to an alternative address other that on your Etsy checkout.

UK customers: Items will be posted Royal Mail first class (usually arrives 1-2 days after being posted). If you require Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK next day delivery) or other service please feel free to contact us with your request.

If your order is for a special occasion please let us know and we will try our best to get your order shipped ASAP. However, please allow enough time when purchasing for a specific date.

You will be emailed personally once your order has shipped.

If you want your package to have insurance you must upgrade your delivery / shipping option please contact us and we can give you a quote on the price.

Contours Albion is not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or that are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

Combined shipping can be offered for multiple items if payment is sent for all items in one transaction.

All orders will be delivered to you or an alternative address and will be carefully wrapped to protect them in transit. All items are inspected at the time of dispatch and only items in perfect condition and in a condition we would be happy to purchase ourselves will ever be sent to our customers.

You will be responsible for paying for your delivery / shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless an item is faulty).

Gifts:

If you would like your order sent to another address as a gift, let us know and we can include a gift card from you and a short message.

International customers additional information:

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, but shipping to the USA normally takes around one to two weeks for your goods to arrive after dispatch. We are happy to take orders from any country. Let us know where you would like it shipped and we will weigh the item and find out the actual shipping costs allowing you to make an informed decision before you buy. If you are not sure about likely delivery times or costs please do ask.

Overseas orders are sent by Airmail. The postage type offered for all countries is standard Royal Mail airmail without tracking to keep prices reasonable. If you would like you order sent by registered tracked shipping please contact us for an upgrade available in our shop.

International customers please be aware of your country’s custom policies and please note that any costs associated with customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Your country may charge a customs fee and / or may attach a VAT (Value Added Tax) upon delivery. Any such charge made is due to your country’s laws and policies and not part of the sale or the delivery / shipping price charged. Depending on your country’s customs procedures there may be delays in excess of the stated delivery times. It is the buyers responsibility to clear their parcel through their particular country's customs.

Children:

Please never leave small children unattended with any hair accessories, scarves, jewellery or items liable to breakage or which contain small pieces due to the fact that accessories and embellishments can become choking hazards if they become unattached. Small children should be supervised at all times while wearing any items of clothing.

Any products we sell which are designed for children will be clearly marked as such on both listings and by information sent with the product. Specific instructions and / or guidelines regarding the use by children will be provided in these instances. Please assume all other items sold are intended for adult use only.

Procuct Care:

Care instructions are included in both the listing and with your purchase where appropriate, however, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries about this.
Please be aware that under certain circumstances glass and crystal products can refract and concentrate sunlight potentially generating excess heat. Always place with caution.

Custom Orders:

Receipts:

We do not include receipts with your order, as many are purchased for gifts. If you would like one, please let us know, or you can click on "your orders" and "view this transaction" and print from home.

Colours / materials:

Please keep in mind that all displays and monitors show colours and contrasts a little bit differently. Colours are close representations and are not 100% exact. Please keep in mind items are hand crafted and each item is therefore unique. Each item will be made to the same high standard but will vary slightly for this reason. We also use a range of natural materials and again for this reason please allow for any natural variations in colour, patterns and texture. We are only interested in selling items we would be happy to buy ourselves and we hope you enjoy having something made in this way.
