Payment could not be easier. I accept payments through Paypal - where you can pay using most credit/debit cards and no account is needed. Immediate payment is required unless you have agreed extended payment terms with me (see below).

I usually despatch orders within 1-2 working days of purchase/payment. If there is any reason why I am unable to do so, I will let you know. If the item is being made to order, I will let you know how long it is likely to take to complete and despatch your order. Items are generally sent by Royal Mail and I will let you know when they are on the way. Higher value orders will require a signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered to your registered Paypal address unless you request otherwise.

International orders will be despatched by Airmail. The buyer is responsible for any import duties and/or local customs charges, if applicable. Generally, overseas delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination and so you should allow for this length of time when making your purchase. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge, dependent upon weight etc. If you would like a quotation for the cost of expedited delivery, please contact me and I will find out for you.

Custom Orders: I am happy to accept Custom Orders. Payment is required in full at the time of the order and returns are not accepted unless there is a fault with the item.

Extended payment terms: Customers may also reserve "ready to ship" items with a non-refundable 30% deposit followed by 2 further equal installments until the item is paid for (over a maximum period of 3 months) - at which time I will despatch it. This is perfect as a way to pay for those more expensive items that you just can't live without! If you would like to purchase an item this way, please get in touch so that I can set it up for you. I'm sorry but I am unable to despatch any items until payment is received in full. Thank you for your understanding.
