Hello, there was an issue with the arrival of my towel that made me a lil concern .However, I reached out to the owner he did respond and he offered to refund my money if towel didn't arrive. Towel did arrive. Smiling

Never received item. I Did not hear back from the seller until I initiated a conflict resolution report through Etsy. Seller made no attempt to remedy the situation and originally provided me with incorrect tracking info which sent me on a run around. Although they proved they shipped the item, I have not been able to find any evidence it made it to the U.S. As a previous Etsy seller, I have always made an alternative deal if my items were lost in the mail and as a Etsy patron, I have had others make similar offers. Overall, completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and having to make me run around trying to track down my package.

Great shop, solid delivery, supportive contact and great customer service. Definitely recommended to buy, next time I need to renew my towels I will come again!
