Hello and welcome to Cottontail Craft!
All the creations in my shop are lovingly handmade by me. I spend a lot of time searching out good quality materials to make my items which are made with special attention to detail. I enjoy making my crafty creations and I hope you will love them too. I use the most beautiful fabrics and papers and everything I make is unique and beautifully finished.
Please keep checking back as I am regularly adding lovely new items for you to browse. I put as much care into parcelling up and posting my items quickly, as I do in making them.

Prompt payment within 48 hours of purchase please. For any custom orders, payment will be due in advance as orders cannot be cancelled once started.

All shipping prices are based on weight and Royal Mail guidelines.

Although the shipping costs for both UK and International customers do not include tracking, I will always obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for items being lost in the post. The compensation available with the Royal Mail for standard postage (without tracking) is £20 - see their website for full details.
