I accept payment through PayPal. I greatly appreciate prompt payment and/or prompt communication regarding payment. The only orders subject to cancellation due to none payment are that of ready to ship items. I will not start on orders until payment has been received.

You can pay your purchase through PayPal without having a PayPal Account. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. Submit your order and click the “PAY NOW “ button. Scroll down until you see the option to pay with a creditcard or debitcard without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Packages are carefully packed. Hand painted pottery orders are boxed with bubble wrap, paper, and packing peanuts. Smaller items are wrapped and sent in bubbled envelopes. Pottery packages can be pretty heavy and the price of shipping can be high. For combined shipping costs will be lower.
I ALWAYS refund the extra shipping cost if it comes out to be grossly over estimated for your location.
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 days if shipped to Europe; 15-20 days if shipped to US and rest of the world, 10-15 days if shipped to Canada .
Countable days are only business days, since post offices don't work during weekends.
U.S. Customs may hold packages for more increased security. While the item is hold on the custom you can't trace it. But when you can, you should receive it after day or two.

INSURANCE and TRACKABLE SHIPPING:
Hand painted pottery packages I send insured. Other items I send by first class Airmail . If you would like insurance and a tracking number, just leave a 'message to seller' at checkout and I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional payment(s).
Or if you want hand painted pottery to be shipped to you uninsured, to reduce your costs, just convo me.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Because of their seller protection policy, I am now only shipping to the address listed on your PayPal account.
Please be sure that the provided address is correct or contact me if there is an error. Items returned to me due to an incorrect address will require repayment of the shipping costs in order to have them re-sent.
I do not include any receipts or invoices.
Shipping price includes shipping and handling.
I am not responsible for customs or taxes some countries may have.
