A lifetime ago, a young lady found adventure in the Navy to be an exciting challenge to her otherwise normal life on the farm. Quickly, an injury smashed that dream and she settled for smaller adventures of motherhood with a brood of 7 lovely mini-adventurers. Soon that call began whispering in her ear as her life became turned upside down from the disillusion of fakery and societal chastisement for choices she finally found the strength to make. These choices finally led her down a path of satisfaction as she realized her destiny was not to be found in the doldrum of daily conformity. She found her thirst for adventure start to speak even louder and the pull to travel became stronger. With determination to not let her old injuries continue to slow her down, she bravely took the leap towards freedom of a new level. With her children and new partner by her side, she is currently sailing the asphalt seas finding new life and purpose breathing freshness across her face.
