Item was not packed sufficiently. It arrived with tips, from 2 pieces of coral, broken off. Also, several of the shells fell off upon taking the wrap off. The top piece, that holds the air plant, also came apart. I was able to replace the shells, but the coral could not be fixed & the top piece is still unstable. Have to be careful how I handle it. Poorly made/poorly packaged. Very disappointed.

I purchased this item after reading this vendors return policy. She did not have anything about not taking an item back until I requested a refund which she then denied. Not impressed with a store and owner that does not honor their own policy.
