Other European Union countries can expect delivery within 4-14 working days (depending on the country). For all countries outside of the EU please enquire at info [!at] cruca.es.

CRUCA ships within the European Union. Shipping costs are determined by destination location and the size of the package. Shipping costs within Spain are between 20 and 30 euros depending on the size of the package. Shipping costs for deliveries to Spanish locations outside of the Spanish peninsula (Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla) can be found in the “My Order” section.

We hope that you love your CRUCA piece as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if something is not right you have 14 days to make a return or exchange.
Refunds will made be for the purchase price and we ask that the item be returned unused, clean and with tags.
On the return form please indicate the return reason code for the item your are returning and, if necessary, the size or color of the the replacement piece. Please include this in the package of the item being returned. Please also return the original packaging so that we may recycle it. We recommend that you return your package using certified mail. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please remember that the package is your responsibility until we receive it.
If you decide to return something please be sure that it is in perfect/resellable condition.

Unwashed
Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned back to you.
