We said goodbye to conventional living, and started our journey trying to live sustainably in our little neck of the woods in upstate New York.

5 years ago, I started learning more and more about the products my family used, finding that we were very ignorant about the chemicals and products we were inviting every day into our lives. I promised myself that we would instead buy locally, fair trade and green, above all else. Not only has this been good for the earth, it's been good for our own bodies and home.

I am excited to share with others the products that I have developed as a result. All are made from the the simplest and most natural ingredients, combined in a way to help both the body and the soul feel good about what is being used.
