How can I print my files?
Smaller files, such as 5x7s and 8x10s can be printed on your home printer. For higher quality or larger prints, I recommend Shutterfly or a local store like CVS or Costco.
How do I get my downloads?
Upon payment, Etsy will provide you with a link to download your files. You can download them anytime and print as many times as you like! Learn more here: https://etsy.me/2lKyRWc
What size are your prints?
Portrait and landscape prints are delivered in high-resolution jpegs in a wide variety of sizes. Please see the specific listing for details on the sizes included.
If you need any other size, I'm happy to resize the artwork at no additional cost.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If there's something you're looking for that you don't see, please contact me. I'm happy to provide a custom quote for you.
What type of paper should I use to print?
We recommend selecting a high-quality, matte paper for the best results.
What file format will digital files be in?
All digital prints are in a high-resolution JPG format suitable for printing at the size indicated in the file name. For example, the file named "12x12_filename.jpg" can be printed up to 12" x 12".
Some listings have more files included than Etsy will allow to be uploaded, so they have been compressed into one .zip file. To use the zip file, simply download it to a computer and click on it. The zip format will create a new file folder on your computer with all the included jpeg files.

How can I flatten my print if it arrives rolled?
- Make sure your hands are clean and thoroughly dry.
- Find a flat surface and wipe it clean of any dirt or debris.
- Carefully remove the print from the plastic sleeve.
- Using the tissue paper to protect the print, lay the top edge of the print on the work surface. Place books (or other clean, untextured objects) on top of the tissue paper to secure the print’s corners.
- Once the first two corners are secure, slowly unroll the print with the tissue paper on top.
- Secure the remaining two corners.
- Wait for the paper to flatten—24 hours is ideal.
Other tips
- Never mark the print with a pencil during the framing/hanging process.
- Never use an iron or other heat implement to flatten the print.
What happens if my item is marked return to sender?
The post office may mark your item return to sender due to an invalid address, an expired forwarding address, or other reasons that are outside of our control. When we receive the item back in our possession, we will refund the item less the postage that we originally paid. If you would like the item shipped to you again, you will be responsible for paying the postage fee for the second shipment before it is dispatched again.
Shipping to Germany
Please note that, due to the LUCID packaging requirements set by the German government, we are no longer able to ship to Germany. Any orders that are placed will be canceled and refunded.
