Frequently asked questions
When Will my order be finished
Our production time varies depending on the time of year you purchase. Most of the year our production time is 3-5 business days. Some items take a bit longer to be custom made. The busiest times of the year are Nov and Dec. Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day are also very busy. Please always check the item's processing time to see what our current production time is before you buy. If you need your item before this time, we do have rush shipping and rush order processing available for an extra fee. Please contact us if you need your item by a certain date if you are unsure when you will receive it.
Can you stamp on the back? Is each piece unique
Most of our items can't be stamped on the back. If an item is able to be stamped on the back, the listing description will state so.
Your letters will not be completely straight or even or the same depth as the others. This is not considered a defect in your piece and should not be expected. We try as hard as we can to get everything as straight and even as possible.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
COPPER
All copper jewelry tarnishes and at a much faster rate than sterling. Copper tarnishes very, very quickly. You will need to store it in an airtight bag when not using it, do not get it wet and keep up with cleaning it if you want it to look brand new.
BRONZE
All Bronze jewelry tarnishes as well.
ALUMINUM
Our aluminum is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish. Please do not get your aluminum jewelry wet for an extended period of time. Aluminum is lightweight and will not turn your skin any colors.
Nickel Silver - Does not tarnish.
925 Sterling will tarnish - See our care instructions below.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come in a purple organza bag ready for gift giving. Each piece is attached to a card, put into a Ziploc bag and inserted into a organza bag. It will then be shipped in a bubble mailer.
Custom and personalized orders
If you simply need a different name or date leave it in the note box to seller at checkout.
If you like the photo, but want your item to be different, convo us to create a custom order for you!
Do you ship intenationally? Customs/Duty Taxes?
We ship worldwide and all 50 States. We generally ship every day to the UK, Australia and Canada.
The buyer pays all customs duties and/or taxes on international orders. UK buyers please take note that even for low value items your country may assess a duty, handling fee and/or tax before your item is released to you. The UK does not allow us to pay that for you ahead of time.
Care instructions
Well, here’s the 925 silver cleaning methods that our jewelers suggest for your at-home cleanings:
Soap and water: This is our most recommended method because of the gentleness of soap and water. This should really be your first line of defense before trying anything else.
Baking soda and water.
White vinegar and baking soda.
Finish with a polish: After you’ve given your jewelry a good cleaning, you can finish the process by using a polishing cloth that’s specifically for sterling silver.
Jewelry Storage
HOW TO PROPERLY STORE YOUR SILVER JEWELRY
Use an air-tight container: any container can be used to store your silver, as long as its air-tight. Zip-lock bag are great, but you can also find specialty jewelry bags for a more attractive option.
Keep in a cool, dark place: as mentioned earlier, sunlight, heat and moisture accelerate tarnishing. Be sure to keep your silver in a cool, dark place.
Store pieces individually: storing your pieces separately prevents any chance of jewelry scratching or tangling with each other.
Do not store in paper, cardboard, or cotton-filled boxes: these boxes may contain races of sulfur which will contribute to tarnishing.
